Andrew Khan is a deep‑tech investor and corporate development leader with a decade of experience supporting founders, investors and senior executives across Asia. He is Associate Director of Investments at Moringa Ventures and Tembusu Partners, Singapore‑based deep‑tech and growth investment platforms backing science‑driven innovations in AI, software, advanced materials, robotics, energy, healthcare and other emerging technologies.

Andrew has built his career at the intersection of venture capital, corporate venture, M&A and strategic partnerships, helping startups and established companies navigate growth, capital raising and innovation. Previously, he led corporate development for The Mandala Group, focusing on real estate and hospitality assets; prior to that, he built PwC Singapore’s corporate venture portfolio, and advised startups, corporates and governments.

Alongside his investing roles, Andrew mentors early‑stage founders through Orbit Startups and other ecosystems on business models, go‑to‑market strategy, fundraising and investor readiness. He is also an angel investor across several tech enabled sectors with a focus on frontier technologies. Andrew holds a B.A. (Hons) in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser with the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore.
