Amani will lead Saudi ecosystem engagement and strategic partnerships and will oversee the Saudi program and Riyadh office. In this role, she will strengthen Orbit’s presence in the Kingdom with local businesses, corporates, and public-sector stakeholders to support startup growth and enable market entry.

Prior to joining Orbit, Amani was a Business Advisor for SME Growth Programs at Monsha’at, supporting high-potential Saudi enterprises through national initiatives focused on scaling, investment readiness, and ensuring alignment between ecosystem partners, and national entrepreneurship objectives. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Honeywell as Localization and Government Relations Director for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, and at Saipem as Localization Transformation Manager, where she led IKTVA programs across major Saudi Aramco projects. She also worked with ELM and Saudi Aramco, gaining strong experience in workforce development, compliance, and performance management. Amani holds two U.S. master’s degrees: a Master of Education from the University of Akron and a Master of Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington.
